Halloween 2011
On Friday October 28th, we held our 5th annual Beanstalk Halloween Parade.
As usual we started with a lunch party.

Each class performed songs that they had been practicing for weeks and they all did an excellent job. The crowd was especially appreciative of the Deedee Deer class dance number, with loud cheers and applause like we had never seen before from the parents.

After the performance we had a little dance party for a few songs. This year was our most fun dance party yet, with more people than ever not being shy and joining in whole-heartedly! Thank you everyone for your participation!

Of course after the lunch party and performance we hit the streets for our Trick or Treat Parade. Along the way we stopped at a retirement home and put on a show for the friendly residents, and this year, even some of our talented mothers put on a rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. This year we took a new course, and ended up in a nearby park.

Everybody had such great costumes and we very much look forward to Halloween next year so we can do it all over again, only bigger and better!
