This is how we spend our time at home…
The next professional racer in the family, training in the family garage….
…or cooking up some pancakes.
We hope everyone is well and safe.

To all of our friends and families.

From The Beanstalk Teachers.
This will be the final post of 2019-20 school year and I’d like to dedicate it to all my wonderful, hardworking colleagues at Beanstalk.
Since the outbreak of covid-19, they have been working hard to ensure that the school is kept clean and safe while providing high quality education and fun activities for each and every student.
Everyone is very excited to start our new school year next week and welcome all the new and returning students.
Beanstalk Teachers, thank you for making this year so special.
Miss Misako
We would firstly like to thank all of you. We had a wonderful graduation and this was made possible by your continued understanding and support during this difficult period of time.
There have been many events, field trips, class observations and some conferences canceled since the outbreak. Despite this we have seen our students laughing and smiling everyday which warms our hearts and gives us the resolve to provide a fulfilling school environment for all students. We are all very happy to be doing this job and appreciate each and every day.
The situation changes daily and we will continue to monitor it both within and outside our country. We thank you again for your understanding that the school may have to re-think it’s strategies and change how we handle the situation on a day-to-day basis.
Our hearts go out to those that have lost loved ones due to this virus, and we pray for those who are infected to get well soon. Lastly, we wish to thank everyone fighting the spread of this virus. We hope to return to our peaceful daily lives soon.

We ask all students and families who travel overseas to please refrain from coming to school for 14 days after returning to Japan.
We have regrettably taken this unprecedented decision following Government advice and guidelines as the COVID- 19 situation continues to develop across the world. The safety and duty of care of our students, staff and local community is our priority at all times.
Some of you have been in contact with messages of support and solidarity in recent days, and we are deeply grateful for these.
Please take care of yourself and your families, we will be counting the days until we welcome you all back again.
With all good wishes
Misako Yonemura

Congratulations to our graduating DD2 class!
This year’s graduation ceremony was held at the school. We’d like to thank our student’s parents for attending and their understanding about this year’s venue.
The weather was really beautiful and perfect for us to have the event outside.
Each of our graduates also gave a speech…
…before receiving their diplomas.
Our graduates treated everyone to their last performances as kindergarten students.
They sang a beautiful song in Japanese to say goodbye to their school and Together Forever.
To conclude the graduates gave their teachers gifts…
…and we had some time to get photos together.
Well done to all the graduates. We wish you all the best for the future and hope to see you again for after school and seasonal school.
The spread of the new Coronavirus.
Many people have been affected by the spread of this infectious disease. We express sympathy to all those who are sick and fighting the infection. We would like to express our respect to those who are engaged in medical practice and those who are working to prevent the spread of infection. We hope that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, we will make every effort to keep our students safe and prevent any spread of infection on the premises.
We have received many inquiries about Spring School and due to current circumstances, we will only host our current internal students. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. We are confident that the situation will improve by the time of Summer School.
We hope all of you will have a healthy and happy spring break. Thank you very much.
