Today we visited the Arigatou no Sato factory and we got to see how “shirodashi” white soy sauce stock was invented.
Now we know where the umami flavor of our soup, cucumber, somen and many more comes from! It was delicious!
Inventions about food have the kids curious about the best thing to eat this summer…. ice cream!
Summer School has started!
Inventions from bugs was the theme for the first week. It was such an exciting and fun way to learn.

Wow! The first semester flew by!
Here’s a look back from the beginning of the school year, meeting new friends, celebrating birthdays, the first time doing drumming, gym class, doing different crafts, playing soccer outdoors and studying hard while giving our best.
Cheers to a great semester!
We would like to thank everyone who watched the performance at Centrair Airport.
The kids did really well because they knew they had your support!
Last Saturday we had the drumming performance at Chubu Centrair Airport.
The kids did their best and it was really fun.
Today we celebrated Tanabata.
We made crafts and made our tanzaku to bring home.
Please take a look at everyone’s beautiful decorations.
Our yummy and healthy school lunch gets delivered fresh right before lunch time!
Having different things in our lunch everyday helps us try new foods and gets rid of the “yucks”.
We are so glad to be invited again at the annual Sky Marching Festival at the Chubu Centrair airport.
Our kids have been practicing and are very excited for the performance next week Saturday July 10th!
