Legoland

From learning basic colors and shapes to developing building skills.

Lego has been a great educational tool for kids because it inspires creativity and teamwork.

Our trip to Legoland was a blast!

We were really careful about infection prevention.

Students only had to pull their masks down for taking pictures.

Good job, kids!

Robots.

Nagashi somen.

We had a great day of Japanese summer fun!

Nagashi somen is a traditional Japanese summer meal wherein people catch noodles that are flowing down a bamboo slide with their chopsticks.

We were suppose to use the real bamboo set but unfortunately due to the weather we changed our plan and used the cool somen machines inside.

Children used chopsticks and forks to catch the noodles and put them in a cup of broth.

Next, students tried their best to crack open a watermelon while blindfolded.

They did a great job and had a treat of cold, sweet watermelon after they managed to smash it open.
