Last week we took our annual excursion to Higashiyama Zoo in Chikusa ward in Nagoya. We had to postpone it for a week because the weather wasn’t so good, this time the weather was great.
去る５月27日毎年恒例のスクール遠足にて東山動物園に行って参りました。好天に恵まれ新緑の美しい園内は、とてもすがすがしく動物たちも気持ち良さそうにひなたぼっこしていました。
ビーンストークではいつも慣れ親しんでいるズーフォニックスメソッド(Zoo-phonics )にちなみ、毎年最初のイベントとしてスクール全体で動物園に出かけます。毎年同じ場所を訪れる事で、子供たちのリアクションの変化から成長を確認できる瞬間が頻繁にあり、教師達にとっても勉強になりますし、時には感動させられます。今年も子供たちのご成長ぶりには嬉しい驚きがたくさんありました。
